Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Project Coordinator/Assistant:
As a Project Coordinator/Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing incoming models and talents and catering to client requests. Your responsibilities will include coordinating castings through platforms like WhatsApp and email, assisting in modeling lessons, booking music, capturing pictures, and helping female models with their outfits. This position offers a female working environment.

2. Personal Assistant:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our director’s schedule, handling appointments, running errands, and managing administrative tasks such as filing and digital documentation. Additionally, you’ll be involved in behind-the-scenes photography and serve as an admin for live streaming.

3. Digital Marketing:
As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company’s presence on various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and more. A strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media trends is essential to excel in this role. Maintain website and google. ( contracted )

Requirements:

Able to start immediately!
Hybrid work arrangement, need to attend meetings and briefings in person. Minimium 3 times per week.

Flexibility regarding working hours due to occasional late shows or events (compensated with transport and OT).

Available for work on weekdays (10 am – 5/6 pm or 2-6 pm) and weekends (4 hours on Saturdays, or 4 hours, minimum 3 times per week on-site).

Previous experience in modeling, business, media, or event or Talent management is a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms and Google Drive is a must.
Strong communication and people management skills.

Knowledge of Chinese language (speaking and writing) is an advantage.

Remuneration:

Remuneration varies based on skills and roles and can range from $900 – $1400 onwards for part-time positions, to $4,000 for full-time roles.
